Can you use insurance for skilled home care? Will your health insurance pay for skilled home care visits?

When skilled home care is prescribed by your doctor, your health care insurance usually pays for the services. We accept many different types of insurance plans. If you don’t see your insurance listed below, please call us, and we will be more than happy to run an insurance check.

  • Aetna
  • Auto Insurance
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Cofinity
  • Humana
  • Medicare
  • Medicare Advantage Programs
  • Molina
  • Priority Health
  • Workers Compensation

Exceptions may apply.

For private duty (non-medical) services, these costs are typically paid out-of-pocket or by long term care insurance, auto insurance, or other benefits. Diamond Home Care will work with you privately or your insurance company including your case manager or adjuster.

My husband and I are both seniors with our share of physical difficulties. He had open heart surgery a few months ago, and I am oxygen dependent with severe arthritis. The home health aide who helps us is very conscientious. She assists him with daily tasks, prepares meals, and goes far beyond what we had hoped. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication.
